Abstrak


Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada maskapai yaitu delay. Faktor penyebab delay dibagi menjadi dua yaitu flight operation dan teknik. Sehingga faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya on time performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh delay karena penanganan flight operation dan teknik terhadap on time performance di maskapai Lion Air di bandar udara Adi Soemarmo.


Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data manifest daily movement report menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan regresi linear berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi.


Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh flight operation (X1) dan teknik (X2) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap on time performance pada maskapai Lion Air. Dikarenakan diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 0,003 < Ftabel sebesar 3,20, sehingga tidak ada pengeruh variabel bebas yaitu flight operation (X1) dan teknik (X2) secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap variabel terikat yaitu on time performance (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 4,4% dari flight operation dan teknik maskapai Lion Air. Sisanya sebesar 95,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT


The problem that often occurs with airlines is delay. Factors causing delay are divided into two, namely flight operation and technique. So that these factors are the main causes of on time performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of delay due to handling flight operations and techniques on on time performance on Lion Air airline at Adi Soemarmo airport.


The research method used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques manifest daily movement reports using observation and documentation. To test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test.


Data processing using SPSS software program assistance. The results showed that the effect of flight operation (X1) and technique (X2) simultaneously had no significant effect on on time performance on Lion Air airline. Because it is known that the value of Fcount is 0.003 < Ftable of 3.20, so that there is no influence of the independent variable, namely flight operation (X1) and technique (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) on the dependent variable, namely on time performance (Y). The results showed 4.4% of Lion Air flight operations and techniques. The remaining 95.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
