There have been numerous instances of young passengers boarding incorrect flights, highlighting the critical need for attention. Additionally, the potential risk of aircraft accidents poses a grave danger to children onboard. The criteria and regulations surrounding minimum passenger age requirements vary widely. This study focuses on the necessity of establishing a minimum age for airline passengers and the criteria for determining passenger age in alignment with legal standards. This normative juridical research reviewed and analyzed the regulations concerning minimum age requirements and age policies adopted by airline companies. GAPURA ANGKASA PERIODE 2019-2021 https://jurnal.sttkd.ac.id/index.php/jmd/article/view/1086 <p><em>This study determine the liquidity conditions calculated using the cash flow method and the traditional method, as well as to analyze the financial performance of PT Gapura Angkasa during the covid-19 pandemic and after the covid-19 pandemic. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study, and the data used secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT Gapura Angkasa for the period 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Data analysis was carried out by calculating traditional method liquidity ratios (CR and WCTA) and cash flow method (AKO and TH). The results showed that the liquidity condition of PT Gapura Angkasa using the traditional method was decreased in 2020 and more in 2021. Financial conditions that experienced a decline occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, in 2022 after the Covid-19 pandemic, liquidity conditions experienced an increase in ratio. Meanwhile, liquidity conditions using the cash flow method in 2020 occurred a relatively large depreciation, namely during the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Liquidity conditions found progress in the second year of the Covid-19 pandemic because they had found financial recovery. One aspect that greatly affects air transport activities is the availibility of airports. Airports have facilities and infrastructure to support various airport activities at each airport in Indonesia. Not only passangers who need good facilities and handling, but also the handling of their goods. One of them is the Aviation Security (AVSEC) officer who handles lost items found in the airport landside area. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the information system Lost Item (LOSI) is effective or not in handling scattered passanger goods, how much the effectiveness of the Lost Item (LOSI) application information system, and to find out the obstacles faced.</em></p> <p><em>In this study the authors used mixed methods, namely combining quantitative and qualitative methods to be used together in one study, so as to obtain more valid and reliable, and objective data. The data used for this research are questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation.</em></p> <p><em>The author can explain that the use of the LOSI application information system carried out by the Aviation Security unit is effective for handling scattared passanger goods, this means that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, in the T test results form the coefficient table, it can be seen that there is a significant effectiveness between the independent variable X (effectiveness of using the LOSI application) on the dependent variable Y (handling of scattered passanger items) with the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R)<sup>2</sup> geeting a value of 66,4% and the remaining 33,6% is influenced by other factors that researchers do not discuss in this study. GNSS enables aircraft to determine their location, altitude, and speed with high precision, even in challenging environments. Currently, several GNSS satellite constellations are in operation, such as GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo. The use of multi-constellation GNSS technology in aviation navigation systems offers several significant advantages, including enhanced accuracy, availability, and resilience to interference. This study discusses the benefits and challenges of integrating multi-constellation GNSS in aviation navigation, as well as its implications for flight safety and operational efficiency. However, this sector has experienced a significant decrease in income during the Covid-19 pandemic due to social distancing regulations, posing a threat to their survival. This necessitates SMEs to enhance their knowledge and capability in cash management to achieve cost efficiency. Social distancing regulations also demand SMEs to adapt to technology, thus they need to digitalize their businesses, including business management and marketing. This research focuses on SMEs in the creative industry sector in Yogyakarta Special Region, specifically in the culinary, fashion, and crafts businesses, which are the three largest sectors in the region. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of cash management knowledge and business digitalization on the sustainability of SMEs post-Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who met purposive sampling criteria. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS). However, a number of problems emerged which resulted in obstacles in the operation of this prosperous family business cooperative. This research aims to (1) improve the welfare of cooperative members in Paluh Kurau village. (2) As well as providing relief to families who are less prosperous in financial terms, so that middle and lower middle class people in Paluh Kurau village can take part in the program. Because with this cooperative, the community will be helped more with financial problems that occur in a family. The research subjects we interviewed were (1) chairman (2) secretary (3) treasurer, who were located in the village of Paluh Kurau, Tanjung Perak. The data analysis technique for this research is qualitative data analysis which presents data starting from reviewing all the information collected and describing and interpreting information received from informants in the field. The results of this research show what factors cause problems in the "Keluarga Sejahtera" cooperative in running its savings and loan business, namely (1) running out of capital at the start of the cooperative's establishment (2) lack of sense of responsibility among members (3) members who are more borrowing more than saving. The strategy for resolving cooperative problems is to: (1) the management makes an agreement with cooperative members and regulations if there is indiscipline within the cooperative. One of the application models is with the Four Levers of Control which has advantages in the performance control control system. This study aims to determine the application of the performance management system by utilizing the four levers of control model in the apron movement control unit of PT. Angkasa Pura II Supadio Pontianak Airport. The research was conducted from August 1, 2023, to September 29, 2023. Using a qualitative descriptive research design, in the form of primary and secondary data obtained from company documents, interview information, and observations made in the Airside Operation section. Results indicate that the movement control apron unit has applied the four levers of control model as seen from the application of the belief system. This is guided by the vision, mission, and fundamental values through various communication processes such as morning briefing, employee recruitment process, internal-external meetings, socialization through banner flyers, and exemplary behavior of superiors to their subordinates. The boundary system shows understanding and realization of the existence of behavioral limits set by the company. Includes detailed policies with penalties for code of conduct violations.&nbsp; The company's diagnostic control system monitors and supervises performance through division unit coordinator reports and evaluations to be used as a tool to minimize errors. ANGKASA PURA II SOEKARNO-HATTA https://jurnal.sttkd.ac.id/index.php/jmd/article/view/1113 <p><em>The effectiveness of employee work in airline companies is strongly influenced by the validity of aircraft departure and arrival data. This study found that the use of Microsoft Excel alone has no significant influence on employee work effectiveness without the validity of departure and arrival data as an intervening variable. Valid data, which is data that is accurate, detailed, and has minimal errors, plays a key role in improving employee work effectiveness. The use of Microsoft Excel becomes significant in improving work effectiveness only when the validity of departure and arrival data is considered. This is evidenced by the results of the study showing a significance value of 0.00 &lt;0.05 and a T-test between Microsoft Excel and employee work effectiveness of 0.0448, which indicates no significance without intervening variables. However, with the validity of departure and arrival data as an intervening variable, the T-test value increases to 0.001, and the Sobel test shows a significant effect with a T-count value of 6.190 &gt; 2.052. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.929 indicates that 92.9% of the variability in employee work effectiveness can be explained by the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.
