Abstract
The quality of airport services plays a vital role in shaping passenger satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and accessibility on passenger satisfaction at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta, following its infrastructure revitalization. A quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique was employed, involving 100 respondents who had used the airport’s facilities and access. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including instrument testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that facilities and accessibility have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.889, meaning 88.9% of passenger satisfaction is explained by the variables studied, while 11.1% is influenced by other factors.
