Airport management and air traffic service providers prioritize the needs of airport passengers. (Hanantyo & Susanto, 2022). The increasing number of desires and needs is a direct result of advancements in science and technology. The aim of this study is to determine whether the use of the OASYS system (Operation And Service Data System) has an impact on the performance of personnel at Radin Inten II Airport. The research method used is qualitative, with the study conducted at Radin Inten II Airport in Bandar Lampung. The respondents of this study are employees from the SRQC (Safety Risk and Quality Control), AMC (Apron Movement Control), and COMMERCIAL units, totaling 17 employees. The variables in this study are the Use of the System (X) and Personnel Performance (Y). Data from respondents were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogeneity Test, Hypothesis Test (T-Test), and Coefficient of Determination Test. Based on the results of the analysis using these tests, important information was obtained regarding the relationship between the use of the OASYS system as the independent variable and personnel performance as the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the OASYS system has an influence on personnel performance, as demonstrated by the tests conducted.
