Abstract

This paper analyzes the workload of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel at Sentani International Airport in Jayapura, where increased flight frequency and limited resources have led to excessive workload. A work sample was taken from 12 personnel across 3 teams and 2 shifts. Data were processed through productivity percentages, performance assessments, and allowance calculations using the Workload Analysis Method. The results show that the average workload is 144.04%. This figure exceeds the ideal standard, indicating the risk of fatigue and decreased productivity. To improve operational efficiency and safety, recommendations are to add personnel, redistribute tasks, and revise work shifts.
