Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of partially and simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo.
Quantitative research, with a sample of employees in the production division at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo, totaling 80 samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Tests in this study using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Equation, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination test. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25 application.
The results showed that partially the work discipline variable had an effect on employee work productivity where the significance value was 0.005 < 0.05 (5%), the work motivation variable had an effect on employee work productivity where the significant value was 0.001 < 0.05 (5%), and the variable the work environment has an effect on employee productivity where the significance value is 0.006 <0.05 (5%). Meanwhile, simultaneously it is known that the variables of work discipline, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the calculation results of Adjusted R Square factors of work discipline, work motivation and work environment contribute 49.9% to employee work productivity. While the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
